How we handle personal data
What we collect
To make a booking we need your email address. If you create an account, we also store your name and phone number for contact purposes — the phone number is optional. A booking also records the time and section you choose and the payment status.
How we use it
Your email is used to send the booking confirmation and receipt, to deliver your personal booking link (which opens the gate during your booked time), and for booking-related contact if needed. An account's name and phone number are used to contact you about your account. We do not send marketing.
Legal basis
Processing is based on performing the booking contract and on the legal obligation relating to accounting.
Retention
Booking data is kept for at most 12 months after the booking ends, then deleted. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting law. Account data (email, name, phone number) is kept for as long as the account exists — not on a 12-month timer — and is removed when you delete the account yourself or request its deletion.
Disclosure
We do not disclose your data to third parties for marketing. Payment is processed by our chosen payment provider as its own controller.
